Tryphena Jenkins is a highly esteemed licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of invaluable experience in the field. Her expertise lies at the intersection of clinical psychology and applied interventions, particularly in addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals in high-stress and high-demand professions. She is a retired Major in the United States Air Force, where she was considered a subject matter expert who provided direct clinical interventions, training, and management of mental health clinics and commanders addressing work-life balance issues and work fatigue. She holds a PHD in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work.

  Christi Lisenby Hart, MS, LPC-S, CCTP, holds a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Fayetteville State University “Bronco Pride.” Christi discovered her love for trauma work while working in substance abuse, and therefore, she has obtained her certification as a clinical trauma professional. Christi is currently a brain spotting practitioner and is currently a doctoral candidate in which she is pursuing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervisor.  Christi has been in counseling for seven years, and during this time, she also discovered that she loves to teach, mentor, and motivate future therapists.  Her favorite quote is: “When you do what you love, it never feels like work.”

Arkeria Robertson is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is currently servicing clients in Louisiana, Texas, New Jersey, and Minnesota. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and her Masters degree in Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana. She is currently the owner of her own private practice counseling agency, Always Amazing Counseling & Consulting. She is the author of a self-care workbook, “The Simple Self-Care Solution.” Arkeria works with individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, and lack of self care. She is also perinatal mental health trained and has a passion for empowering postpartum moms to improve their mental wellness. 

In her spare time she enjoy spending time with her son, reading, and traveling.

Shavez Pinestraw, M.S., LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. Shavez works collaboratively with adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, family issues, trauma, anger management, and other concerns. Shavez specializes in working with individuals and couples facing issues in their relationships regarding infidelity, communication, etc. 
Emphasizing a collaborative, genuine, and safe therapeutic relationship, he is attuned to the unique needs and challenges faced by men and individuals within BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Committed to providing quality care, Shavez is currently developing therapeutic tools specifically designed for the black community specifically black males in an effort to create tools that are specific to the black experience.
